Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and is provided in accordance with applicable US state health data privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act.
What health data we collect
MenoZone allows you to track daily wellness entries such as energy, exercise, sleep, hydration, weight, step counts, menstrual cycle indicators, and symptoms.
By default, all of this data stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, or store it on our servers unless you choose otherwise.
When health data is shared with us
Only if you voluntarily enable Cloud Sync (an in-app setting, off by default) is your wellness data transmitted to our servers. This is done solely to provide you with cross-device access and backup.
How we use your health data
Your health data is used exclusively to provide the MenoZone app experience to you. We do not:
- Sell your health data — to anyone, for any reason, ever.
- Share your health data with third parties.
- Use your health data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
- Use geofencing near healthcare facilities for any purpose.
Your choices
- Cloud Sync is off by default. You are never required to enable it.
- You can disable Cloud Sync at any time in the app's Settings.
- You can request deletion of any health data stored on our servers by contacting us or disabling Cloud Sync.
Data storage and security
When Cloud Sync is enabled, your health data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union/EEA. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what health data we have collected about you.
- Delete your health data from our servers.
- Withdraw consent for health data collection at any time by disabling Cloud Sync.
